15phsky Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 15phsky ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of users ("you" or "Player") who access or register on the 15phsky platform at 15phsky.net (the "Platform").

The 15phsky Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 15phsky does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 15phsky becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, delete all related personal data, and return any deposited funds to the verified payment source.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the 15phsky Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take prompt corrective action.

15phsky reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
